 Bug fixes:
– text color for page buttons changes when changing theme. but white text color would best for both themes. so now white text color for both themes.
– level meter not centered horixontally in volume controller.
– checkboxes in edit slot dialog are missing borders, but now they have.
– talk mode doesnt afffect level in level meter. now it does.
